As per Anarock’s current report, 59 deals for over 2,018 acres have been closed in August across the country for the development of real estate projects and industrial projects.
After the covid pandemic land deals are going crazy as real estate developers continuously expanding their business for residential and commercial properties. And start-up culture also boosts that’s why more land purchasing for setting up manufacturing hubs and office areas.
The Chairman of Anarock, Anuj Puri researched the topic and said “Our latest research indicates that as many as 59 separate land deals for over 2,018 acres have been closed across the country between January to August 2023.”
Anuj Puri also said, “The three largest were in Ahmedabad, for approx 740 acres, and one deal each in Ludhiana and Bengaluru for 300-plus acres each.”
Five deals for 1,136+ acres for township projects in Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Ludhiana. Four deals for 62 acres for Mixed-use in Noida, Gurugram, Pune, and Bengaluru. Three deals for 16.5 acres are for commercial development in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. Three deals for 154 acres plotted for developments in Chennai, Raigad, and Gurugram. And one large deal of over 300 acres remarked for manufacturing in Bengaluru.
